  • Scheduling
  • Vendors and Staffing
  • Procedures for Engineering Changes
  • Workmanship
  • Test & Evaluation

Project Evaluation. Alpha-Omega Power Technologies looks for answers to several questions during the evaluation stage of the project. We are looking for package completeness to make sure we have all the necessary specifications and/or drawings to design/fabricate the system. We want to make sure we understand the customer requirements, and what the customer is looking for in the final project.

Scheduling. We determine a schedule for the project which is agreed upon by the customer. The schedule shows progress/slippage and is updated and provided to the customer on a predetermined basis.

Vendors Selection. Alpha-Omega Power Technologies conducts an evaluation of all vendors for fabrication projects. This evaluation includes, prices, quantities, delivery schedules, quality requirements, capabilities, ISO-9000 certification when possible, and customer specified vendors.

Purchased components are organized by part number and description. All components are referenced to engineering drawings with specifications on packaging and labeling regiments as required.

Engineering Changes. All engineering drawing changes are recorded for any as-built changes. A photographic history of changes that have been made is recorded when applicable. Other requirements as required from the customer are implemented as necessary.

Workmanship. All fabricated work must conform to Alpha-Omega Power Technologies standards and the systems must be consistent in function, appearance , and layout.

Test and Evaluation. Alpha-Omega Power Technologies develops a test and evaluation procedure for each product which is approved by the customer. Each unit must pass final evaluation as deemed by the customer.
